Shipping and payment terms

Shipping

The goods are delivered within 5-7 working days after payment. An exception is the temporary lack of size or color at the supplier or manufacturer. The delivery takes place via the GLS parcel delivery service. The package is delivered on working days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please provide an address where you can receive the package during this time. The parcel can also be picked up from a GLS depot near you. We only deliver to Hungary.

The cost of delivery is 790 HUF. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the courier service will try to deliver the shipment again. We would like to inform our valued customers that home delivery always applies to damage-free delivery up to the house number specified when ordering. Please note that we can only accept a complaint about the contents of the packaging if the fact of the defect or damage is noted on the consignment note. To avoid inconvenience, please check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier.

Cash on delivery: 

Payment is made after receipt of the goods. You pay in cash with our courier service. An additional cash on delivery fee of HUF 390 is charged for this service. The amount paid includes the price of the goods ordered, shipping costs and delivery fee.

On-site payment in our shop:

You can pay personally for your order in our shop from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please bring your order number with you. Then we will deliver the order or hand it over to you when the full amount has been paid.

Online contract

The order form is made in English. It is considered a written contract that is numbered and stored by our system so that it can be accessed. The language for concluding a contract in our webshop is English. You always choose the language of the website. By sending the order form and confirming it on macastore.hu, a contract is closed between absentees on the basis of Government Decree 17/1999 (II.S.) which in this case is Macastrore.hu as a supplier and the customer as buyer: The supplier is obliged to ship the goods selected and paid in advance by the customer. The goods can be paid by online payment via Paypal.com or by transfer to our bank account (see transfer) or personally in our shop (6722 Szeged, Tiszavon Lajos krt 55) or by cash on delivery to the specified delivery address. If for any reason the execution of the order is an obstacle, the supplier must immediately contact the customer either by email or by phone to clarify further steps. The buyer is obliged to take over the product ordered by him and sent to the given address by the supplier.

The parties agree that the Szeged District Court has jurisdiction to resolve any legal disputes. In order to fulfill the contracts and to process any objections, macastore.hu stores the data of the buyer together with the data of the transactions and transmits them to its subcontractors / delivery companies, which however are not authorized to save or keep them after execution, or to pass it on to other third parties. Please be aware that the legal language is Hungarian and this being an unofficial translation.
