Determine Bra size with 3 steps 

Step 1

Measure your underbust with a tape measure. For that, place the measuring tape directly below your chest. The tape should be firm, but not too tight.   

 
 

Step 2

To determine the cup size, measure your chest size. The video shows which criteria a well-fitting bra should meet.

 
 

                     Step 3
You can find your size in the table below. For that, find the underbust size from step 1 and follow down the column to detect the measured chest size from step 2. You can then read your cup size in the leftmost column.

Determine panties size with 3 steps

Step 1

Measure your waist with a measuring tape. The waist is the narrowest part of the body and is located just about the navel. The tape measure should be firm, but not too tight.

Step 2

Measure your hips at the widest point.
