Returns and Claims

With us (macastore.hu) you have the opportunity to exchange your order free of charge if the size you ordered does not fit you. If you would like to take this opportunity, please contact us by e-mail at kapcsolat@macastore.hu or at +36 62 487 488.

It is important that the product is returned only in the unopened original packaging, labeled (size mark, barcode) and in perfect condition. We recommend using a cardboard box for the return, as this is the only way to ensure that the product is not damaged. Please note that we can only take back the product with an invoice. Please enclose the invoice for the returned goods in the box.

Right of withdrawal, buyback guarantee 

The buyer can contradict the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. On the detailed rules of the contracts between the buyer and the supplier, we kindly refer you to Government 45/2014. (II. 26.). The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the day on which he received the goods.

If the buyer withdraws from the contract and returns the purchased product to the supplier immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the product, the supplier will reimburse the fee paid by the buyer for the product only by bank transfer. Please state your european bank account number in your claim.

The product can only be returned in the unopened original packaging and in perfect condition. Our company is under no obligation to buy back a disassembled, used or damaged product. We recommend using a cardboard box for the return, as this is the only way to ensure that the product is not damaged. If the products are packaged in such a way that they were damaged in transit, we cannot guarantee a full refund of the invoice value. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the buyer must return the product at his own expense. The product affected by the claim cannot be returned via freight cash on delivery. Our company does not accept any goods which are sent via cash-on-delivery service.

Please note that the products can only be returned or exchanged with an invoice. Please place the invoice next to the returned goods.
The costs that arise in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal are in any case to be covered by the customer.

In accordance with the provisions of the Government Decree, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: If the product is personal to the consumer or has been manufactured on the consumer's instructions or at the consumer's individual request, or by its nature cannot be returned.

Guarantee

The law of IV. 1959 on the Civil Code provides a 2-year guarantee period for all newly purchased products in Hungary if a consumer contract is made between a person who enters into a contract for a purpose outside the scope of economic or professional activity lies - a consumer - and a person who concludes the contract as part of a professional activity.

The conditions of the guarantee are in the Civil Code and in 49/2003 GKM. The shop is obliged to guarantee if the product sold at the time of delivery does not meet the statutory or contractual conditions.

If the parties do not agree on the cause of the defect, then it is the responsibility of the consumer to prove the cause of the defect (expert opinion). Within six months of the performance, it can be assumed that the identified defect was already present at the time of performance. During this time, the webstore has to provide proof.

If the consumer knew or should have known of the defect at the time the contract was concluded, the online shop is released from the warranty obligation.

In the event of a malfunction, the consumer can request a repair or a replacement, unless the selected guarantee claim is impossible or would lead to disproportionate additional costs for the web shop.

If you do not have the right to repair or replacement, or if the online shop has not carried out the repair or exchange or has carried out the repair or exchange within a reasonable time, you cannot claim or withdraw from the contract without significant inconvenience for the consumer. Due to a minor error, there is no right of withdrawal.

In dem Verbrauchervertrag ist die Klausel ungültig, die zum Nachteil des Verbrauchers von diesen Besitmmungen abweicht.

Complaints: 

Complaints about the products purchased in the webshop are strictly to send via email (kapcsolat @ macastore.hu ) or by post (addressed to Józsefné Kiss: 6722, Szeged, Tisza Lajos krt. 55). You (the customer) can ask us for help to write your letter of complaint (macastore.hu) by phone on +36 62 487 488 Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. We will send you a reply within 30 days. If we reject your complaint, you will receive a detailed, reasoned reply from our position. The complaints and response letters are kept for 5 years and submitted to the examining authority.  

We strive to resolve the disputes out of court. If this is not possible, the contracting parties determine the jurisdiction of the Szeged District Court to decide / resolve possible legal disputes.

The buyer is entitled to assert his claim arising from a consumer dispute in court in civil proceedings under Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code or Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure.
